The kitchen’s open

Chef Sean Sinclair has begun serving from the new kitchen at the Hotel Castaneda. The kitchen serves the bar at the Castaneda and will add the dining room when completed. The bar has a complete menu, with 25 items from appetizers, soups, salads, entrees and desserts. The menu is locally sourced, with produce and meats from local and regional farms and ranches.
